Snow and cold in Guernsey

Its not often that the snow comes down or it gets as cold as it has been over here on our beautiful island but the last few days have been pretty extreme.

But well done to all of you have still turned up to practise and play over the last few days either on the range or indeed the golf course.

Special well done to Sarah on her first ever venture onto the course today. Never ever been on the course and experienced the following: driving rain, hail, wind, sun, snow and to finish it off on the last hole thunder. Wow.

Just shows how keen this great game makes us in our efforts to learn it or improve at it.
